Beartooth is one of those bands you need to see live. If not on this tour then the next one because holy smokes did they have one of the best shows I have ever seen in a very long time! For starters, their lighting is 100 percent from their outdoor/amphitheater shows which I am not mad about because no matter where you are sitting or standing in the venue, you see, clear as day! The next thing is, that they do have confetti that goes off randomly during their set plus CO2 cannons. During the middle of their set, they had a whole laser show for a song which was so cool to see and another thing, you don’t see often honestly! A touching moment that really got fans emotional was when Caleb Shomo got out an acoustic guitar, went to the FOH aka Soundboard, and talked about his mental health, dealing with depression but how being able to play for a crowd like tonight, really shows him why he loves doing this. He then gave his wife a shout-out before singing “Mr. Brightside” where everyone lit up the venue with their phone flashlights. It was such a touching moment and something no one will ever forget!
The Plot In You is direct Support for this show and holy cow am I so happy to finally be able to see them live! TPIY is super duper not only energetic but also has a crazy but amazing light show! I will say, it’s not as bright as Beartooth’s but it was still pretty bright but also fun to watch! The Plot in You set was about 45 minutes long but man did they make it worth it. My favorite part is when they started playing “Feel Nothing” and just watching the crowd go wild for it while singing along! It was such a cool experience and I highly recommend getting there early and checking out their set before Beartooth.

Invent Animate is the 2nd opener and I never heard of them before but I honestly did enjoy them a lot! Invent had a ton of energy and had a great crowd response when taking the stage so I had a feeling they would put on a good show. Their set may have been short, but I was really entertained plus I just loved watching them rock out on stage. Definitely a band I would love to see again in the future!
Lastly, opening this show/tour for Beartooth was Sleep Theory, who is someone I have heard many great things about so I was definitely excited to be checking them out. Sleep Theory’s set had much darker lighting than everyone else on the tour but honestly, the crowd loved it and it added to the mood of their set! Plus, no one told me how much energy Sleep Theory has, I was so excited just to see them tearing up the stage and getting the crowd excited for the rest of the night! Overall, everyone played a great set and if you can, I would definitely check out this tour if you are into metal/metalcore music!
