Wilco’s own Solid Sound Festival has just announced their 2017 comedy lineup. John Hodgman, who has played a key role as host of the comedy stage at Solid Sound since 2011, will again take on the duties at this year’s festival.
Also making appearances at the comedy stage over the course of the three-day fest, which takes place at MASS MoCA, North Adams, MA on June 23-25, are Aparna Nancherla, Michael Ian Black, Eaugene Mirman, Nick Offerman and Jean Grae’s The Show Show with DJ Quelle Chris.
Along with a solid comedy slate, the festival will also promises performances by Wilco (performing two sets), Television, Kurt Vile and the Violators, Robert Glasper Experiment, Dawn of Midi, Dave Alvin and Phil Alvin with the Guilty Ones and many more.
Adult admission for Solid Sound is $159 while children ages 6-10 get in for a mere $50 (kids under 6 are free). The festival offers a weekend of music, comedy, art camping and more in the northern Berkshire mountains.
