Comedy Central’s Colossal Clusterfest is right around the corner. That said, the three-day mega comedy and music festival, taking place June 2-4 at San Francisco’s Civic Center Plaza and Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, has announced its daily lineup and single day ticket sale date of Wed. April 19 at 10am PT.
Topping the Friday night bill are Sarah Silverman & Friends, Ice Cube and headliner Kevin Hart. Saturday will feature sets by Chromeo, Broad City, Hannibal Buress (also performing Sunday) and Bill Burr while Sunday will see Tegan and Sara perform and Jerry Seinfeld close out the festival.
Those familiar with the size and scope of the first ever Colossal Clusterfest know there will be five stages and several dozen more comedians performing including Bob Odenkirk, Chris Hardwick, Fred Armisen, Maya Rudolph, Hasan Minhaj, Anthony Jeselnik, Roy Wood Jr. Chris Gethard, Ron Funches, 2 Dope Queens, Kyle Kinane, Tig Notaro, Natasha Leggero, Moshe Kasher and more.
On the music front, the fest will also feature sets by Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Vince Staples, Lil Dicky, Ty Segall, Lizzo and Les Claypool’s Bastard Jazz performing a Superjam. Big Jay Oakerson, Michelle Buteau and Matt FX, who announced the day-by-day lineup on Tuesday via Facebook Live, will also perform at the fest, as will comedian T.J. Miller, who’s slated to deliver some stand-up as well as appear in character for Gorburger Live.
Colossal Clusterfest 2017 will feature Q&A’s, podcasts and themed attractions from South Park, Seinfeld, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. SFSketchfest favorites Theme Park Improv featuring Matt Walsh, John Michael Higgins and guest monogolist Fred Armisen will be at the fest, as will Broad City stars Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer, who are on-hand to perform a live reading of the iconic comedy film Wayne’s World.
