Aditi Mittal announced last month that her stand-up special Things They Wouldn’t Let Me Say would be premiering on Netflix in July. Fans can get a feel for what is to come as the VOD service has now released the official trailer. Check it out above.
Aditi Mittal is known as one of the first female comedians to perform stand-up in India. Her comedic voice is about to reach an entirely new (and far larger) audience as Netflix premieres her forthcoming hour-long special Things They Wouldn’t Let Me Say next month on its streaming service for its 100 million subscribers. “Having a platform like Netflix is a dream come true for anyone in entertainment and comedy today,” said the comedian in a recent press release.
In Things They Wouldn’t Let Me Say, Mittal promises to muse on topics such as life, sex, gender, beauty secrets and more. Her special will also see the comedian exploring what it is like living as a woman in modern day India.
Aditi Mittal: Things They Wouldn’t Let Me Say premieres on Netflix alongside Ari Shaffir’s Double Negative in over 190 countries around the globe on July 18.
