New York-based comedian, Shane Torres, has been generating lots of laughs on the stand-up circuit for the past 10-years. Soon, fans will be able to enjoy his unique sense of humor from the comfort of their own homes as he has announced that he will be releasing his debut comedy album, Established 1981, this September.
The release will be available exclusively on Laughly for 24 hours on Sept. 7 before dropping on Pandora, Apple Music, Spotify and all other places albums are heard and purchased on Sept. 8. Pre-orders for Established 1981, will begin on Aug. 25. Comedy Central Records is supporting the release and a half hour Comedy Central Stand-Up Presents…. special is scheduled to premiere later in the fall.
Torres also has a slew of tour dates on his schedule including performances at the Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival, High Plaines Comedy Fest and the Red Clay Festival. In the coming weeks, he will also be taking the stage at several clubs including Alamo Drafthouse, Acme Comedy Club and the Colorado Room.
When it comes to TV appearances, Torres has been featured on many of the best live comedy shows. Last Comic Standing, Conan, Gotham Comedy Live and The Guest List are among the series on which he has performed stand-up comedy.
