Jeff Dunham’s Relative Disaster is among the handful of Netflix comedy specials debuting this month. In advance of its Sept. 12 premiere date, Netflix has just shared a new trailer, which you can check out above.
Relative Disaster was taped at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre in Dublin, Ireland back in May during one of the many stops of Dunham’s still ongoing Perfectly Unbalanced Tour. As seen in the above trailer, the new hour-long will feature the critically-acclaimed comedian and ventriloquist working alongside his familiar posse of puppets including grumpy old Walter, Achmed the Dead Terrorist, Bubba J and Peanut.
Dunham’s Relative Disaster follows September Netflix hour-long releases Marc Maron: Too Real and Joaquin Reyes: Una y no más and precedes probably one of the most highly-anticipated stand-up comedy special debuts of 2017, Jerry Seinfeld’s Jerry Before Seinfeld.
Relative Disaster is the latest in more than a half dozen comedy specials for Dunham. Previous releases include Spark of Insanity (2007), All Over the Map (2014) and his most recent special Unhinged in Hollywood, which aired on NBC in 2015.
