Vans Warped Tour appears to be going out with a bang as organizers have just dropped a mammoth lineup for this year’s event (the last of its kind), featuring an arsenal of punk, ska, metal and hardcore.
The Warped Tour 2018 lineup, which will mark the 24th and final year for the fest, welcomes back a number of past performers including Sum 41, Reel Big Fish, Less Than Jake, August Burns Red, Black Veil Brides, Simple Plan, All Time Low, Four Year Strong, Underoath, We The Kings, 3OH!3, The Used, Tonight Alive and many more.
Warped Tour 2018 will put a spotlight on heavy and hardcore music with groups like Chelsea Grin, MYCHILDREN MY BRIDE, Knocked Loose, Every Time I Die, Ice Nine Kills, The Amity Affliction among others. Up-and-coming performers slated for this year’s festival include State Champs, Don Broco, Trash Boat, Grayscale, Waterparks, Real Friends and Movements.
“I truly am happy to get the chance to travel around the country one more time to thank you for your support, and bring you another best day ever,” said Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman.
Warped Tour’s 2017 lineup featured performances by Save Ferris, Attila, New Year’s Day, Beartooth, T.S.O.L, War on Women, Memphis May Fire, Bad Cop / Bad Cop, Dance Gavin Dance, Andy Black, Neck Deep, Goldfinger, Anti-Flag, GWAR, The Suicide Machines, The Ataris and others.
As with previous years, 2018 will also see a host of non-profits and educational workshops on the festival grounds. The FEND Movement (Full Energy, No Drugs), which empowers youth to take a stand against opioids, will be on-hand this year to engage with attendees and hand out prizes. A Voice For The Innocent, Hope For The Day, American Red Cross, Feed Our Children Now! are among the other organizations attending this year’s fest.
Warped Tour 2018 has a total of 38 dates around the country. The fest kicks off in Pomona, CA on June 21 and comes to a close in West Palm, FL on Aug. 5. General Admission Tickets go on sale Mar. 8 but there are Super Fan Bundles available now at the official Warped Tour website.
