The trailer for Gabriel Iglesias’ new Netflix comedy special has just dropped. Watch the clip for One Show Fits All below, which sees “Fluffy” riffing on everything from his inescapable teenage son to encounters with Chris Rock and Snoop Dogg.
Gabriel Iglesias: One Show Fits All marks the followup to 2016’s I’m Sorry For What I Said When I Was Hungry. Iglesias’ new hour-long, which the comedian refers to as “WWE meets the Food Channel,” was taped during a two-night run at Houston’s Toyota Center back in September of 2018 with longtime collaborator Manny Rodriguez (I’m Sorry For What I Said, Aloha Fluffy, Hot and Fluffy) at the helm.
This is Iglesias’ second comedy special with Netflix with a third slated for future release on the streaming platform. On the scripted television front, the comic also has a 10-episode multi-camera comedy series, Mr. Iglesias, in the works for the network. The show will see Iglesias playing a good-natured high school teacher, attempting to unlock the full potential of his gifted but disinterested misfit students.
“When I was a kid, I wanted to be either a stand-up comedian or a teacher,” said Iglesias in a statement. “Thanks to Netflix for supporting both of my career aspirations.”
Iglesias most recently voiced “Sprinkles” the dog in Show Dogs. He prreviously voiced the “Clerk” in Coco and “Cuatro” in Ferdinand and can be heard as the voice of “Chuck” in the upcoming Blazing Samurai.
One Show Fits All will debut exclusively on Netflix on Jan. 29.
