House of Vans Chicago has released the 2019 lineup for their Summer House Party series. Among the names slated to perform FREE shows are The Breeders, The Rapture, Vans Warped Tour veterans Taking Back Sunday and more.
Joining the above, and kicking off the ninth season of Vans House Parties with a show on May 31, is Vince Staples. Julien Baker, Banks, Anderson.Paak, and a yet-to-be-announced Special Guest will also perform throughout the season, prior to a show by hardcore legends Converge on Aug. 24.
In keeping with tradition, each headlining act will act as curators, hand-selecting their opening act for the night. Per a recent press release, this year’s House Party series will also include “interactive art takeovers, immersive installations, murals and more,” creating a “one-of-a-kind experiences for concertgoers combining music and art, personalized for fans by the headlining acts.”
