Ricky Gervais has just announced a trio of live tour dates to begin in 2020. The select shows — Chicago, New York & Los Angeles — mark the first U.S. dates for the comedian’s latest SuperNature Tour.
Gervais’ new U.S. SuperNature dates kick off with a show at The Chicago Theatre on May 11, 2020. The comedian’s second stop is scheduled for NYC’s Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden on May 14 with the final date slated for June 24 at the Orpheum Theatre in LA.
Gervais has been incredibly busy as of late. His darkly comic Netflix series After Life, which he writes, directs and stars in, begins filming Season 2 in September. Fans can also hear him on his weekly radio show Deadly Sirius on Sirius XM as well as in the forthcoming animated features The Willoughbys and Blazing Samurai.
Gervais’ latest stand-up special, Humanity, which the comedian calls a companion piece of sorts to his new SuperNature show, was released last year. Fans can check that out now on Netflix, along with the comedian’s upcoming Season 11 episode of Jerry Seinfeld’s comic interview series Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, dropping on the streaming service this Friday, July 19.
Watch Gervais talk death and dictators with Stephen Colbert during his recent appearance on The Late Show and mark your calendars to pick up tickets for Gervais’ SuperNature dates — Chicago, New York & Los Angeles — on sale beginning Friday, July 26.
