Riot Fest, which goes down Sept.13-15, has just announced a slew of Late Night After Shows that are sure to keep the vibe of the 2019 Douglas Park punk party going into the wee hours of the morning. Among the twelve after-hours shows slated to go down at Chicago venues including Cobra Lounge, Metro, Bottom Lounge, Reggie’s Rock Club and Concord Music Hall are Against Me!, Descendents and PVRIS.
The above-mentioned PVRIS is scheduled to perform Friday (9/13) at 10 p.m. at Bottom Lounge. Descendents’ After Show will commence Saturday night (9/14) at 10 p.m. at Bottom Lounge with openers No Parents, while Against Me! will perform with openers Pink Fly that same night at 10:30 p.m at Chicago’s Metro.
Among the other Riot Fest Late Night shows on the books for 2019 are Lucero at Cobra Lounge, Dashboard Confessional at Reggies, The Aquabats at Metro, Emo Night Brooklyn at Metro and Teenage Bottlerocket with Special Guests at Cobra Lounge.
The Riot Fest 2019 lineup is topped by Blink-182, Slayer (doing their final Chicago show), Bikini Kill, The Flaming Lips, The Raconteurs, Jawbreaker, Ween, Rancid and Patti Smith & Her Band.
