Dan Soder is slated to make his HBO stand-up special debut this December. The comedian will tape the forthcoming special at New York City’s Bowery Ballroom on Oct. 23, 2019. Soder will write and executive produce the new one-hour, which will also be exec-produced by Jerrod Carmichael, Bo Burnham, Brian Stern, Jeff Tomsic and Chris Storer, the lattermost who will also direct.
Soder is an NYC-based comedian and actor with film credits including Trainwreck and Drunk Parents and television credits including Inside Amy Schumer and Showtime’s Billions. He has also appeared on @midnight, This Is Not Happening and Night Train with Wyatt Cenac.
Soder was among the six half-hour sets packed into Season 1 of the Netflix original series The Standups and released his debut hour-long special Dan Soder: Not Special back in 2016.
