On Saturday, Oct. 16, the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre in Tinley Park closed out its 2021 season with a rockin’, rollin’, fire-breathin’ performance by the incomparable band KISS. Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer began their Chicago-area stop of the End of the Road World Tour with the one-two punch of “Detroit Rock City” and “Shout It Out Loud” before sharing a setlist full of hits from the group’s almost 50-year career.
