There is about to be a lot of laughter in the air in Austin as the Moontower Just For Laughs comedy festival is returning to Texas.
On April 12-23, venues across downtown Austin will host some of the biggest names in stand-up, podcasts, sketch and improv. Trevor Noah, Seth Meyers, Chelcie Lynn, Ben Schwarz and Friends, Vir Das, and many more are among the acts revealed with the event’s early lineup announcement. Chris Distefano, Giggly Squad, Felipe Esparza, Brad Williams, and the absolute best in the business Maria Bamford are also among the artists already announced.
“As we continue our quest of building the ultimate comedy event in Austin, our partnership with Just For Laughs adds more diversity, variety and fun for our comedy fans,” said Lietza Brass, Moontower Just For Laughs Austin Festival Director. “Together we bring a large and exciting roster centered on the brightest comedy stars of today from the U.S., Texas, and abroad. We’re proud to expand our program of presenting shows in Spanish in 2023. We truly have something to please everyone’s taste.”
