On Saturday, Feb. 4, Thalia Hall was jam-packed with fans eager to experience an exciting lineup of rising artists as mehro, DWLLRS and Claire Rosinkranz were taking the stage.
mehro, the Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter behind the highly-anticipated upcoming album, Dark Corners and Alchemy, kicked-off the night with a five-song set full of honesty and truth.
“The most important thing in life is meaningful relationships with people where the time you put in is well worth the experience and emotional depth that you share with that person,” said mehro after describing a “complicated love situation” that inspired the song “hideous.”
“whore,” “chance with you” and “perfume” were further standouts of the performance. Before closing things out, mehro thanked everyone for coming to the show and hyped-up the “amazing people” who comprise DWLLRS and “the wonderful” Claire Rosinkranz.
