On an 18-date summer run, Gov’t Mule is bringing their renowned Dark Side of the Mule Tour – produced by Live Nation – to the Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre in Tinley Park on Aug. 4.
The show will feature a full Mule set followed by a rare Pink Floyd Tribute performance. Jason Bonham’s Led Zeppelin Evening will also be on hand as support.
“This all started so organically with what we thought would be a one-time Halloween performance,” said Warren Haynes, Gov’t Mule front man and guitarist, in a statement. “Since then, Dark Side of the Mule has grown into something else. It’s a blast to perform this material but our intent is to do it for one final tour in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Dark Side. Don’t miss it!”
Tickets for the Dark Side of the Mule Tour – which kicked off on July 22 in Atlantic City – are available now.
